The Salvation Army Donation Appointment System Terms & Conditions
You acknowledge that your online submissions constitute your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions that applies to all records relating to all transactions you enter in this site including notices of cancellation, re-scheduling your donations for any unforeseen circumstances and declining your request if we are unable to meet our requirements.

The Salvation Army Donation Appointment System Self Delivery Terms & Conditions
The Salvation Army RSI reserves the right to decline donations that does not meet the requirements. The Salvation Army staff will propose disposal charges of declined donations and donor has the rights to accept or decline the proposal. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between The Salvation Army and the donor.

Privacy Policy
TSA Red Shield Industries is subject to the policy governed by The Salvation Army at: https://www.salvationarmy.org/ihq/terms By opting in to the system requirements, you consent to the use of your information as described above and as described in The Salvation Army's Privacy Policy.

Termination
In the evernt that any of the above conditions are not fulfilled by either parties, The Salvation Army, Red Shield Industries, at its sole discretion, without notice to you may: (i) terminate this Agreement and/or your Account, and/or (ii) preclude access to The Salvation Army Services (or any part thereof). The Salvation Army, Red Shield Industries reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue your membership at any time with or without notice to you, and The Salvation Army, Red Shield Industries will not be liable to you nor to any third party should it exercise such rights.
